7 easy steps to losing weight and having better sex
Let's face it, who doesn't have a few extra pounds they would like gone, right? It seems like every time we turn around there is some really good food that's calling our name. I'm all to guilty of over indulging at times myself, so I'm going to share with you now my 7 easy steps for losing weight and having better sex by eating healthier.
If you follow these 7 simple principles you can achieve your goals and succeed! It's very easy and fun to do, watch as the inner you becomes sexy again.
1. First things first, It's best to choose foods that are unprocessed, and have unrefined carbohydrates such as whole grains, whole fruits and fresh vegetables. Darker fruits and vegetables are said to contain more antioxidants then the same lighter colored fruit.
2. Enjoy plenty of lean protein such as chicken, fish, beans, soy and leaner cuts of meat. Don't forget about adding some low-fat dairy and reduced-fat cheese.
3. Be sure to include foods that are high in good fats such as fish, avocados and nuts. Make sure your food is prepared with healthy oils like olive or canola oil whenever possible.
4. Stay away from foods that are high in saturated fat. This includes fatty cuts of beef, salami and dairy products that are full-fat.
5. Be sure to eat plenty of fiber every day. You can find fiber in fruits, nuts, beans, seeds and whole grains. You may also want to try a fiber supplement to help, I like the powder mix the best.
6. Steer clear of refined carbohydrates such as white breads, white rice as well as most candy.
7. Finally, the last step I offer you is to avoid sugar, at least excess sugar anyway. Always read the labels of food items to see the sugar content and try to purchase things that have the lowest amount of sugar in them.
By implementing these simple and fun to do steps and making them habits in your everyday life, you will feel at ease knowing that you are quickly becoming a healthier and sexier person both inside and out! You will feel better and think more clearly. Losing weight and having better sex because of it is something very obtainable for you! Before dinner try eating a salad. I learned that it helps to fill you up which in turn make's it a little easier to pass on the less healthy stuff :) But remember, choose a low-fat dressing if you use dressing.
